With a high temperature and low humidity, this room provides great benefits to the body and allows the elimination of toxins through sweating.

The moisture level, close to 99% in this saturated steam room, opens the pores of the skin to remove toxins and impurities.

The contrast between hot and cold stimulates the body and clears the mind. After a first impression, the fall of ice water becomes an intense experience.

The feet are sensitive points connected with the whole body. Two walks on a surface of rounded stones to alternate between hot and cold.

Perfect for a casual swim or to just float and relax.

At mid-day, children (under 16) can also enjoy the spa between 12 and 16 h. Always accompanied by an adult and respecting the atmosphere of tranquility and order.
