Dear customer,
Cambrils Park Family Resort informs you that, as of Monday 13th of January, train communications to and from Salou have changed. Due to the implementation of the Mediterranean Corridor, the train station of Salou will be closed. With the new line R-17, the town’s train station will be relocated to Avinguda Joan Fuster and its name will be changed to Salou – Port Aventura. There will be a shuttle train between Salou and Tarragona. Thus, passengers willing to travel to Barcelona will have to change trains.
The plan is to offer thirteen trains each way, two of which will be direct to Barcelona. One of these trains will serve when Port Aventura is open, that is from Easter to the 6th of January. The other direct train to the Catalan capital will be an additional train that is expected to circulate only during the season peak, that is from early June to early September.
Therefore, the connection between Barcelona and the Salou-Port Aventura station will require a change of train at the Tarragona station. As the Council of Salou has announced there will be a bus shuttle service for this train’s users that will operate all year long and will have 14 return trips from the old station of Salou to the new one.

Changing trains in Tarragona won’t be necessary. Once you arrive at the station, the best option to get to Cambrils Park Family Resort is by taxi.

BUS
Barcelona – Salou
There is a service from the airport to Salou. Check the timetable and the companies. The approximate price is between 15 and 20 euros.
